If you are, don't miss our Traders' Corner! Every month prior to our General Membership meetings our Traders' Corner will meet to give members the opportunity to talk about their real estate needs. Join us at 6:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. In talking with members and potential members one thing that remains consistent is that they come to us for education, the "nuts and bolts/operations" of the business, even more so networking/social aspect. Keeping that in mind, here is a list of the upcoming meetings: April 19th: Tim Nolan, Nolan Accounting: "Manage & Organize the Numbers Side of Your Rental Business" May 17th: Rufus McNealey Jr, Financial Crimes Services, "Collecting Bad Tenant Rent Checks" (this is the collection agency that is handling bad debt collection for the Milwaukee DA's office) June 21st: "How To Work Shop" This workshop will give members ways they can identify some common problems with heating/Air, electrical and even bed bugs (ick!) and how to fix them!
